FreedomFest 1776–2026 is the premier daytime Fourth of July celebration in the Chattahoochee Valley, hosted at the National Infantry Museum.
This free, community-wide event honors the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence and supports the Georgia US250 campaign. Guests of all ages are invited to enjoy live music, military displays, family activities, historic reenactors, food trucks, and patriotic experiences throughout the day.
FreedomFest 2026 Schedule of Events
FreedomFest features a full day of patriotic programming, beginning with the morning cannon firing and National Anthem and continuing through family activities, live entertainment, movies, and special performances. A detailed agenda including activity times and performances will be posted here.

FreedomFest Concerts & Live Entertainment
FreedomFest will feature an exciting lineup of live music and guest performances throughout the day, bringing together patriotic spirit, military connection, and family-friendly entertainment.
The FreedomFest Main Stage Concert, featuring John Cox Band and headliner Keni Thomas and the Cornbread Band, is proudly sponsored by the National Infantry Association.
Keni Thomas and the Cornbread band
Keni Thomas is a combat veteran of the 3rd Ranger Battalion who fought in the Battle of Mogadishu, and is a recipient of the Bronze Star for Valor. After his military service, he built a successful country music career as an Emmy-winning producer and bestselling author. Keni is a nationally recognized advocate for veterans and military families, traveling globally as a motivational speaker and serving as a proud spokesperson for leading veteran support organizations. John Cox is a former 3/75 and RASP 1 guy and a serious guitar player living locally in Harris County. He loves to get down and entertain with originals, rock, blues, and country. His band hits everything from Stevie Ray Vaughan to 90’s rock. Learn More →

Know Before You Go to FreedomFest
FreedomFest guests should review important event guidelines before arrival. A clear bag policy is in effect, and all standard National Infantry Museum policies apply. Security screenings will be conducted for guest safety.
Pets are not permitted, except for certified service animals. Visitors are encouraged to dress comfortably and arrive early to enjoy all activities.
