MAJ Brent Taylor – Heroes Among Us

Dec 24, 2019

Brent Taylor met the love of his life, Jennie, while at Brigham Young University in the early 2000s. They got engaged on a Saturday in June 2003 and Brent enlisted in the Utah National Guard the following Tuesday with Jennie by his side. They married September 18, 2003. He joined ROTC at BYU and upon graduation in July 2006, he commissioned as a Military Intelligence officer. The Taylors went on to have seven children, ranging in age from 13 years to 11 months at the time of his death. Brent loved to jump on the trampoline, go hunting, fishing, and hiking with his children. He was a big kid at heart.
