Meet the Events Department

Feb 23, 2016

Meet the ladies of the National Infantry Museum Foundation’s Event Department. Having years of experience in event planning and catering, Vickie Benton, Keisha Wilson and Jessie Doggett, will transform a history museum into a phenomenal venue for any gathering! Don’t stress about the details…they have it under control.

The Events Department at the National Infantry Museum handles all the special events from retirement dinners to a bride and groom’s special day. They will ensure that your event is executed flawlessly and all you have to do is have a good time! Here are the three ladies you will have the pleasure working with when booking an event at the museum.

Vickie Benton (center) is the Director of Events. She has worked for the National Infantry Museum Foundation before the new museum doors even opened back in 2009. Vickie is the glue that holds the department together. She knows the museum like the back of her hand and will be sure to take your event from ordinary to extraordinary.

Keisha Wilson (right) is the Senior Events Coordinator. She is known as “The Fixer.” Keisha can handle any problem thrown at her with ease. She has worked at the museum for five years; working day and night to make sure every event exceeds any and all expectations. With Keisha on your side, you won’t have to worry about a single thing on your big day!

Jessie Doggett (left) is the newest addition to the Events Department. She recently graduated from Columbus State University and has made her mark at the museum as the Events Coordinator. Her nickname around the museum and from clients is “Bubbles” because of her enthusiastic and upbeat demeanor. Jessie will be sure you have a smile on your face and your event goes off without a hitch!

Interesting in meeting the ladies? Call 706-685-5809 to set up a free meeting to plan your next event at the National Infantry Museum. Remember, proceeds from every event help the museum honor our Soldiers.
